No, I think Harbaugh tried to talk to him. Possibly to explain that he was trying to evaluate some guys, etc... Haley just wanted to shake hands and get off the field, He basically was just saying "ya ya, it's preseason. No worries, blah blah" *thumbs up*
Haley didn't wanna say anything, he just wanted to shake and go, Harbaugh followed him.
