Backing off is not the same as flip-flopping; it just means that his performance over that particular didn't warrant the same level of criticism, and so I saw fit not to shit on him quite so severely.
The only thing that could possibly lure me onto the Cassel bandwagon is a superb performance in a playoff win. Which would, of course, require that he magically transform into a franchise quarterback, which is highly improbable, unfortunately.
