Just go to your boss NOW and tell him what might happen. Do the same with your school, and anyone who lives with you. Make up shit about him being certifiable...make up stories about things he's already done (like threaten your grandma with physical violence or something) to make him sound even worse than he already is. Actually file a police report just to make your story sound better.
Cut his fuggin nuts off before he even gets started.
