Phobia should be able to post things he's heard (bullshit or no) without fear of having radio hacks run with it.

If it's wrong and the KC Media guys run with it, the blood is on their hands, not Phobia's. All he did was post what he heard to an internet chat board. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

The blame will be on the assholes that go 'national' with it without sourcing it themselves just because they have a microphone in front of them.
