Matt Cassel does enough just to get by, lacks consistency at when he plays good. He can pull together a 3 game streatch that makes some think that he is actually pretty good QB. Then the WTF happens in the next 3 to 4 game streatch that he just looks horific with a few good throws mixed in or a scramble for yards that's what keeps him going. He plays with a range of being less than average to just over average during the course of the season.
I think he has a lack of confidence in his throws, making him hisitate to pull the trigger and the ball delivery is slow to recievers or he just gets sacked.
