This idea that "RT isn't worth a 1st" is totally fucking stupid and one of CP's dumbest rhetorics. All OL are worth a 1st so long as they project as 10-year starters. Just look at the best run teams in the league and you'll see plenty of all OL positions in the 1st. Not one of the model teams (NE, PIT, PHI, GB, etc.) has ignored it -- actually, it's quite the opposite as they've all added tackles, guards AND centers in R1 the last couple drafts.
I don't know who the hell I'd draft over Richardson, but I know I'd consider positions the Chiefs actually need help at, including RT and ILB.
(All the above refers to mid-late 1sts, obviously.)
