Waltzing into a Big East bowl bid every year would be pretty nice. It's what KU did in Big 12 for basketball.
I afraid KU will disappear into the mess in the Big East. Basketball will be a bloodfest and football they will just be another team.

As long as Bill Self stays, I think KU MBB will be fine. We might not win the conference every year, but we sure as hell wouldn't disappear either. Big 12 basketball has actually been very good in recent history.
