If he plans on keeping to that and not tweeaking the scheme a little to fit the talent (like all great DCs do) then whats the point of drafting Houston at all? Or Bailey...or tendering Gilberry?
This defense needs to play like Pittsburghs does with this set of players.
At the snap of the ball, more than half of the front 7 needs to be coming forward and being aggressive...not dropping into zones.
Houston is a ****ing pass rusher, NOT a coverage backer.
