For instance. This sentence is awful. Should be:

Have you ever gone back and read some of the bile you spew? Makes you wonder what kind of guy that would say some of that shit.

Seriously? This has been hashed and rehashed... some of use don't view films as just some form of entertainment and enjoy things with greater depth than Transformers II and Showgirls. I like my mind to be challenged... more than that, I absolutely LOVE for my own ideals to be challenged.

I watched The Woodsman a while ago and by the end of it had my own emotional roller coaster going on in my head, torn within my own mind at the fact that not only did I care about the audiophile character, but actually felt sympathy toward him. That'll mess with your mind when you think you should know how to feel and you end up feeling something different.

I love it when a film can move me like that. There's nothing greater, in my opinion, than having anger or fear or regret or sympathy... or the entire human condition on display in a way that makes me truly feel for the characters on screen. I love movies that make me cry or genuinely make me angry or inspire me or myriad other things. It's good storytelling at its most basic, and it's the reason I wanted to make films.

To say I wanted to see this film because it had a rape of a 12-year-old girl is ludicrous, insulting and completely uninformed. Three adjectives that seem to follow you around, Pioli Zombie.

EDIT: Apparently, I didn't read the rules. Suck it.
