I think Coach Haley may be in over his head, the same way Gunther was in over his head as a head coach. Haley would probably make a good OC, but doesn't seem to have the chops to be the main man.
My vote would be for Jeff Fisher. I don't think Cowher would go anywhere unless he can be head coach and GM.
Pioli isn't going to let that happen.
