Huh.....how is he all that much different than the original Wonka? Seen them both and the biggest difference I noticed in the two was the different Oompa Loompa songs.
Original seemed more dry humor devious type, Depp seemed more straight up wacko, and he smiled all the time...thats about all I can see as different in the character.
