I hate this shit too.
If you ever look at Matt Cassel off camera he's a goofy ****ing bastard. Jokes around all the time.
But people think he's this calm game manager who has shit under control all the time.
Meanwhile Dwayne Bowe is reported to go through a vigorous pre-game regimen to get himself ready to play on Sundays. He blocks like a freight train and owns faces when he catches the ball in space. All of his small hangups that he has stem from route running (which is still pretty damn good, it's just that's his weakest area as a WR. That and consistency in holding onto the catch).
But who's the goofy **** that's an egotistical asshole? Bowe is, of course!
