Being that the Leach hire came so quickly after the season ended it's looking more and more likely that he and Wazzu had a deal in place weeks, if not months before this.
KU never had a chance at him. No other school ever had a chance at him.
He probably already had a deal in place before Gill was fired.
Look how long its taking for all the other schools to sign on with prospective coaches.
