May not need a superstar but if you have/could get one it would be worth it. Again, the Pats likely will target a star wideout this offseason. Hell they have draft picks. They outta trade up and pick Blackmon.

New England was winning SBs because they played great defense, had an outstanding head coach, and a QB that made plays when it mattered the most.
There is no set formula for winning the SB, but you want a team that competes consistently for the prize for a decade or more, those 3 ingredients are essential, unless you have Aaron Rodgers, who has elevated his game above any that we've ever seen.
Bottom line, though, is that it all starts at QB, now more than ever.
