Aliens could be planting these thoughts in Parkins' mind. Although, it's very possible that Pioli is in contact with the Aliens and directing the entire, evil plan from his office, being as he is a clone of Benito Mussolini and Mussolini was tight with Hitler and Hitler was tight with Aliens who helped him find the entrance to the hollow Earth down there in Antarctica which is where Hitler went on that submarine after he faked his suicide and started cloning the hell out of everybody in his subterranean lair including Mussolini and then sent baby Mussolini to America to be raised by the Pioli family and all.
