I'm shocked that rival fans are laughing about this hire. Seems to be a good hire to me. It isn't like KU can just go grab anyone they want. Seems like a good chance for Weiss to make a better impression than his last HC gig, and he should be a clear upgrade over Gill. Great offensive mind and solid recruiter. Hopefully he can hire a bright defensive mind. I like the hire.
