This team is brutally awful because of arrogant decisions by our GM at the QB decision and the refusal by either our front office or ownership to spend money on players that matter.
How many head coaches are going to make the playoffs with Matt Cassel/Jackie Battle... we can't run the ball or pass the ball? How many head coaches are going to coach a great team when your only options are Palko/Stanzi.
The team is brutally bad because Pioli gave him a very average team to begin with, and when we lose some of our key starters, the personnel is just a trainwreck.
How the **** can anyone say that any head coach would be able to turn the players Haley has right now on his roster into a playoff team?
