Palko in KC was Haley's decision. The front office's decision to not even TRY to bring in an able backup or draft pick to groom is 100% on the front office. Again, right now, we are crucifying Haley essentially for a decision to start Palko over Croyle and a 5th round draft pick, and that bare cupboard is because of Pioli.
"Club med" conditioning program. Big mistake. But not a fireable offense.
Bill Muir? I'm not a fan at all of this guy, but I'm still not convinced that this is Haley's fault at all. I think Haley developed an unfair reputation as a head coach who is impossible to work with, when in fact, I think the bigger problem was a front office that forced coordinators onto the head coach with absolutely no regard whatsoever to whether the coach wanted them in the first place.
