I wouldn't worry about that. I don't think it's going to ruin him forever. Only mentally and if he's mentally beat up, he wasn't meant to be an NFL QB anyway. I do think that there's a lot to be said for... if he has some significant things to work out, then it's best to let him work out those kinks one at a time rather than have him overthink too many at one time on the field. You can't wait for him to be perfect, but it could just be that he's so raw right now that they don't feel comfortable putting him out on the field.
