I see the KU job as a stepping stone for him to prove he can be a successful college coach. If he can be successful, I don't see him at KU more than 4-5 years before moving on to a better job. So while not a good thing that he's had that many positions in such a short time, it won't be unexpected to me if he decides to bolt in 4-5 years.....but that would mean that he's turned KU around to being at least a decent football program.

I'm more in the camp of "no one can win at Notre Dame" (at least like they did in the old days) but that's just my opinion.
