How do we know that? Are you referring to his HC time in DC? If so I point out that that situation as HC + playcaller is totally different from what his role here will be. Too much responsibility in DC to handle.

It does and it doesn't. I agree that elite personnel makes an elite coach out of a good one. But a shitty coach won't succeed with a even a great squad.
Plus having a Lombardi or Clements here gives us the hope that we just may be grooming our next HC.
