Down to 250! Really starting to get the diet down. I'm trying to make sure most of my carb and protein intake is early in the day, I'm mixing in more an more organic foods, and I'm making sure I'm getting 1200-1400 calories per day. I was up around double that on some days. Once the weight loss evens out, I'll try to do better about restricting myself to 1200 per day. I'm also drinking more water.
I think it's about time to start exercising. I think we're supposed to be coming into some nasty weather soon (not sure exactly what or how nasty), so I'm going to look at some small weights and maybe a workout video. Plenty of room to jump around in the basement.
