If you meet somebody from ChiefsPlanet and they share their real name at a tailgate, then no. Don't post it without their permission. But if that information is already commonly known or they belong to the ChiefsPlanet facebook group, or they've posted their name, phone number, social security number, and every other conceivable identifier - there's really no reasonable expectation to privacy from my perspective.
There are links to his frick'n criminal record on this site. So, no - Joey has no reasonable expectation of privacy.
Now, if I were to use your email address and find your facebook profile THAT would be a breach of a right to privacy.
