I don't know about that. Look we all know Tim isn't a passer and that's the weak part of his game but the guy does tend to step up in the big moments. He threw for 316 in the playoff game.
Matt in his playoff game shrunk in the moment and played just horrible.
Matt's line from the Baltimore playoff game:

I'm not sure Matt can win a playoff game.
