Joey is a bigger asshat than Hootie ever thought about being, contributes nothing to the board but bullshit, and he's continually handled with kid gloves, because "well gosh he's harmless", 2 week ban, rinse and repeat. I don't agree with Hootie's original ban, because other people would have gotten away with what he did, and I certainly don't agree with this one.
