Haven't used the g13 but I love my n52e. Couldn't imagine playing without one now. I've also looked at the nats, and will probably get it when my current mouse wears out, but I'm not sure I'll come close to using all those buttons.

Ahh, I figured you were asking for advice. The LCD can be for macros, it has a timer and a stop watch (and a clock), shows your CPU/Ram load, shows you Ventrillo info and a slew of in game information if the particular game is supported (SWTOR is not). It's a gimmick, but if I'm going to spend $60 on a pad, I might as well take the one with the LCD.
