Sorry. I refuse to simply cut out a food group. What happens when I start eating them again? They are important to the body for a reason. I've just learned moderation and to try to eat any carbs early in the day. That way, I have the remainder of the day to burn them off. I'm not doing any special diet. I'm changing the way I eat, and learning more about what's good for my body. This way, it's a lifestyle change, and not just a diet (which would eventually end).
