That's an odd prediction but I think you probably hit on some of the things that are going to happen.
Hank will find out what Walt's been up to.
He'll have to make a choice to save the family.
Jesse will end up getting caught but he'll beat the charges due to Walt coming forward or Walt being able to pin it on someone else.
