Planning gluten-free dinners aren't a problem for us. My boys are also gluten intolerant so it's out of the house completely. My wife isn't GI but she actually feels better without it so it isn't a big loss to her. We even buy wheat and barley-free dog and cat food for our pets. It flat is not in the house.
Dinner can be a problem when I want to eat a certain way (toying with the low food reward idea right now) but it doesn't fit in with what the others want. When the boys are off to college in a couple of years, it will be much easier.
