You wanna talk career suicide? That's career suicide. You're far FAR more likely to simply end up a career assistant that's several million poorer for your efforts than you are of being a HC.
I'm sorry, but assistant coaches don't make enough money to think that way. They're generally fungible and unlike a lot of the other parties involved in the NFL, they actually have to worry about making ends meet.

I just think that, even these guys, at some point, have to look at repercussions of the decisions they make.
