He has taken what strength MU had and maxed it out, quick talented kids and taught them not to beat themselves with turnovers. Maximizing their processions and making FT's, contesting each shot and getting to as many loose balls as possible.
MU does all the little things well, probably better than anybody in the country since they are so short on size.
This makes MU capable of beating anybody, anyplace at anytime.
