Seems to be working.
I've said this before, but my weight, and my food/exercise behavior, seems to be entirely connected to when I sleep. If I sleep at night like a normal person, I exercise daily and eat well. If I sleep during the day my impulse control disappears, I stop exercising and I blow up like a balloon. So my only real resolution-y thing this year is to try to continue to sleep regularly. Doing okay so far. I was off for about a week thanks to my job, but was able to recover quickly.

I absolutely love raw almonds, and I generally have a palm full (approximately 20 almonds) 4-5 times per week.
My weakness at first was cheese, but that's subsided a lot. I've gotten to where, while I still eat carbs, I try to avoid bread (and any white carbs). Kashi makes Zesty Salsa Baked Pita Crisps that are really good, and I stick with one serving to what the box defines as that.
