Regarding Point I, the voters themselves don't know how other members voted?

I always thought they did a show of hands or something, but agreed to keep the voting secret amongst themselves. I didn't know that even they don't know who's voting for whom.

So do they get the final tallies? Do they know that Will Shields got X votes and Cris Carter got Y votes? Or do they just get a list of "these guys got enough votes" from the consulting folks?
