Get a kick ass attorney. And the felony charges can be plead down to three misdemeanors. Probaly only looking at probation and fines. I had a similar event a few times. Look for lots of fines. File a PFA on behalf of your daughter. Work it out so you also have leverage. Maybe he won't press charges. Unless he is a pussy.
