That's the one thing I'm disagreeing with my trainer on. She wants me at 1550 calories per day, but I'm more comfortable when I'm in the 1300 range. I realize though that she's gradually getting my weight down. Slowly decreasing my calories and increasing my exercise. I trust her, but I just think I was a little further along in making my changes than she realizes. I'm the same as you. If I eat 1500 calories, I feel like I've pigged out. Especially since I've been drinking more water. I definitely have that constant full feeling. I can tell when I haven't kept up with my water, because it's about the only time my tummy growls.
