In any case, I'm going to go low carb. I've never done it before, and I'm curious how many grams of carbs I'm allowed every day? I pretty much need to peel 40-50 off as quickly as possible, and I figure low carb combined with working out will help me out.
When I get down to business, I put up 10+lbs per week. But I have to peel some off before I can do that physically. Really not sure what happened, but it's in the past now. Here we go!

Glad to hear you're getting back into it. I'm sure you know this, but make sure you're getting plenty of protein with working out.
