yeah I do. I feel so...I don't know...firm. the scale hasn't moved much which I find very weird and disappointing. 12 insane workouts in 14 days and the scale barely moves! I guess I could be putting on muscle...I don't know.... the workouts are so tough I should be putting some on, but I really thought I'd drop weight immediately. I do feel better and I can see results in the mirror so I need to stop worrying about a number.....it just doesn't make sense to me. I'm not eating whoppers and cake for Gods sake!
