Horrible month for me....gained most of what I had lost back. No excuses, I just ate too much damn food.
278 for me.
Need to find time to exercise, and energy...and a good pain killer. Everytime I try to get going into exercise, my body seems to hurt everywhere. I have a Dr.'s appointment in a couple of weeks, so will have to see what he says.
