Big Daddy turned me on to taking some soft poached eggs, throwing them on a bed of spinach, tossing it all together with some hot sauce, and eating. For variety, throw in some cilantro, green onions, or whatever else tickles your fancy. Talk about a power breakfast!!!

That sounds great! I am half Danish, so a more traditional Danish style breakfast appeals to me. Cereal and milk, banana, 2 eggs, yogurt, and juice. Sometimes I have homemade bread with butter and cheese, too. No Egg McMuffin or any other fast food breakfast for me!
