I have never seen a Bucknell t-shirt. Maybe some frat boys in Columbia bought a bunch or something to rib at Kansas, I don't know but I have seen plenty of Tiger fans all over Missouri, and I have never seen a Bradley or Bucknell tshirt. I am not sure where this perception is coming from that every Mizzou fan owns one. I don't, so maybe I am not a true fan?

"Our Web orders have picked up greatly," said Doris McLain, supervisor at the Bucknell Bookstore. "We're doing shipping all over the country, but we're really busy sending shirts to Missouri. I don't know what the situation is out there, but whatever it is, it's good for us."

McLain declined to disclose sales totals but said sale of merchandise -- and especially T-shirts and hats -- had more than doubled since last Friday. The majority of the Web orders have been sent to Missouri and Kansas, she said.

"We're just happy to have the people ordering," she said. "We're happy to have their orders and that people know who the Bucknell Bison are."

One Missouri fan who ordered a shirt posted his intentions on the www.tigerboard.com Web site Thursday: "I'll be sure to wear mine around the KC metro area." Another said the KU-Mizzou game next year in Columbia, Mo., should be declared "Bucknell Day."

"I can't wait to see the Missouri-Kansas game at Missouri next year, to see how many Bison logos I can point out," said Jon Terry, assistant athletic director at Bucknell. "I'm sure they wouldn't mind bringing up what happened in Oklahoma City. The more blue and orange we can get in the Heartland the better."
