I listened to the audio about twenty times and here is what I came up with. When I first listened I thought it sounds like he is saying coon. I then listened several more times and each time I was more convinced he was saying coon.
I then remembered that someone said he claimed he was saying punk. I then listened again. You know what I thought he said then? I thought he said punk. I then listened over and over to see if something changed. It sounded like punk every time.

They actually try to take out some of the interference. My point is, it is way to distorted to be for certain. Which ever side of the fence you stand on you will probably just hear what you want to hear.
