Well, according to that video, he doesn't seem to have blood all over his face or back of his head as would have been indicated if he had a broken nose or lacerations on the back of his head from being pounded into the cement. One would think his injuries would be documented somewhere though, perhaps the video is just not clear enough to see.
Here is a close up of that video. Police don't like getting their cruisers all bloodied up and they will clean the victim up fairly good before they put the person in the cruiser. I have a good friend who is a cop.
