Kale
Carrots
Ginger
Apples
Parsley
Tomatoes
Pears
Pineapples
Grapefruits
etc... and I grab them from http://doortodoororganics.com or the local farmer's market.
I've been working out and eating healthy for about 45 days and down around 30lbs.
