I know my accomplishments aren't as great as others in here, but I have a few things to share.
I have lost 31 lbs since the first of the year. I should be taking more pictures of myself, but I still don't like to. Anyway, I started at 259, and I'm now at 228.
I've been working on running a 5k. Running has never come naturally to me. I always lose air before my legs give out. However, I managed to jog 3.2 miles today (a 5k is 3.1 miles) without walking. Now that I know I can jog the entire thing, I will start timing myself. Hopefully, I can eventually get from a jog to a run.
One cool story to tell. It's been so warm lately, that I've been wearing my capris and such a lot. We had a cold front come through, so I put on my favorite jeans. They were very baggy. I know that's a good problem, but you know how hard it is to find a favorite pair of jeans?
Anyway, as I said, compared to others, my accomplishments are pretty small. To me, however, they're great, so I wanted to share.
