Dropping him due to loss of contact and being afraid of his mental state can be two totally different things. What I took from their comments is they can't say they're representing him because they don't seem to be representing him in any capacity.
For all I know they've charged him $10,000 and just said, "Not much going on at this point," every time he talked to them.
