Let me try to explain it for the simpler minded folks.
Married scumbag bangs whore. Whore applies for job. Married scumbag is hiring manager/boss. 150+ other people apply for the job. Whore gets the job and extra $$. Married scumbag doesn't disclose banging the whore. In fact, married scumbag lies about it. To top it all off the married scumbag works for a public university that utilizes taxpayer funds.
It doesn't matter if whore is the most qualified candidate for the job. The fact that the married scumbag boss is banging the whore gives the whore, at minimum, a perceived advantage which opens the university to lawsuits from the 150+ people who weren't banging the married scumbag and didn't get the job.
