I hope I'm on track now... change in job has royally screwed my diet (traveling a lot now) and physically being unable to exercise means I've gained a lot of weight, my blood sugar is all out of whack. And as you all know, once you get going down a path, it's very easy to just say "**** it" and be unhealthy for a long time. I'm so much heavier now than the first year this thread came about. At one point that year I dipped just under 220. That looks a long way away right now.

Whenever you travel, you just have to make time to exercise. Most hotels have gyms now, or there are some great resistance exercises that you can do in your hotel room.
