Sorry to hear that, man.

The 'lack of content' thing still blows my mind. No launch MMO that I've played to date has had anything close to the amount of content that TOR does. I guess for me the difference is that the game from 0-50 is content every bit as much as the endgame stuff is. And it's apparently impossible to deprogram the mainstream MMO audience into thinking that way. Everything is about burning to 50 and then grinding until your eyes bleed. Nobody seems to take the time to enjoy the journey.

Hopefully it won't go like basically any MMO launch since about three years after WoW launched, and instant gratification doesn't kill the game before it's had a real chance to grow. In some ways it surprises me that WoW managed to survive. I'm not sure it would now, if it was a new game launching in today's MMO environment (although that's a mind-bending question, because today's MMO environment is largely due to WoW, so without it, maybe it would survive).
