I've found that I've changed my way of thinking. I used to think "I'm doing better than I used to," but that only left room for excuses to "cheat." Now, I'm in the frame of mind that "I'm not doing as well as I could be," and I've been amazed with the results I've had since then.

I like that. I used to just compare myself to other people in my office & think I was in better shape than them so it was cool. I had to change my mentality similar to the way you did. Once you really start seeing results you won't want to stop. Keep it up.
