While I do think some mothers tend to attention whore while breastfeeding (like the mother on the cover), I think they are definitely in the vast minority. When our critters were breastfeeding, my wife would always have some milk with her to feed the critters, and if she forgot and the kid was going nuts in public, she'd find a quiet corner and had one of those blanket things to put over the kid and her milk jugs.
While I pretended to masturbate to make her laugh.
